SEEDS is back with another social gathering involving sports, namely Sports Day. The project which belongs to Public Relation Division was successfully conducted on October, 9th 2021 in Lampung Futsal, Bandar Lampung. By inviting English department students and HMJPBS (Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidkan Bahasa dan Seni), the student association of English Education Department aims to strengthen the bond and increase the engagement within the community. This project was attended by approximately 50 people from English Department batch 2019, 2020, and 2021 including HMJPBS members.
The activities, including futsal, relay race, dodge ball, and other mini games were carried out well by the committee. Concerning Covid-19 that is currently occurring, each committee and participant were required to comply the health protocols by checking body temperature, washing hands, and wearing masks. Dozens of participants were satisfied and happy to be able to meet with their friends in the midst of pandemic. Thus, another sports day will soon be conducted by SEEDS.
